What does the free plan include?

The free plan allows you two MultiBaas deployments for both testing and full production usage. The only limit is your imagination (and a few advanced features listed above). Curvegrid may reclaim any free deployment that has not been logged into for 30 days. Please be sure to login regularly and backup your data if needed.

Can I sign up for multiple plans?

Your Account with Curvegrid is associated with one or more Organizations within the Curvegrid Console. When you create your account, we also create a personal organization. Organizations subscribe to plans, and you may create multiple organizations from one account, each with its own free or paid plan. You can invite other users to join your organizations and grant them appropriate billing or administrative privileges.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Your credit card will be charged upon signing up for one of our paid plans, for the pro-rated amount through the end of the current billing period. For monthly billing, a billing period is defined as the first day of the month through the last day of the month. For subsequent billing periods, your credit card will be charged at the beginning of the billing period for the full amount due for that billing period.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes, please contact support@curvegrid.com to upgrade your subscription. Upgraded subscriptions will be charged the pro-rated difference between their current subscription and their new subscription through the end of the current billing period, and for the full amount of the new subscription at the beginning of subsequent billing periods.

Can I delete my data, deployments, organization, and account?

Yes. Data within a MultiBaas deployment can be deleted within that deployment by any user with sufficient access privileges. Deployments can be deleted from the Curvegrid Console. Curvegrid is not responsible for data within a deployment. Please backup your data if need be. To delete your organization or account, please contact support@curvegrid.com. Curvegrid does not guarantee the ability to restore any deleted data, please backup your data if need be.

How do I sign up for a free or paid plan?

Click Get Started at the top of the page, or on one of the buttons under a plan in our pricing table, to be taken to the Curvegrid Console. Create an account, and select the desired free or paid plan. For paid plans, enter your credit card and billing information. You will then be able to create one or more MultiBaas Deployments according your plan level.

What payment options are available?

Payment may be made via credit card on our website.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@curvegrid.com. No refunds will be given for cancelling part way through a billing period, however, you will have full use of the MultiBaas services at the level of your subscription through the end of the billing period.

Can I downgrade my subscription?

Yes, please contact support@curvegrid.com to downgrade your subscription. No refunds will be given for downgrading a subscription part way through a billing period, however, you will have full use of the MultiBaas services at the level of your subscription through the end of the billing period. You will be charged the full amount of the new subscription at the beginning of subsequent billing periods. Prior to downgrading your subscription, you must bring your MultiBaas organization and its deployments in line with the plan features of the new, downgraded plan. This could require you to remove deployments and delete data. Curvegrid is not responsible for data loss due to user action or subscription downgrade requirements. Please backup your data if need be.
